1. What ApprovedAI is

ApprovedAI is a self-paced online proficiency assessment. When you pass, you may purchase a digital certificate ($9.99, one-time) bearing your name and a unique verification ID.

ApprovedAI is independent proficiency recognition, not a formal academic degree. It is not affiliated with any university, government body, or standards organization, and it does not grant regulated professional licensure.

2. Eligibility & use

You must be at least 16 years old to use ApprovedAI. You agree to submit truthful information — including the full name that will appear on your certificate. Certificates are issued to individuals and are non-transferable.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. The certificate fee is $9.99 USD, charged once at the time of issuance. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

4. Refunds

The certificate is a digital product generated and delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because it is produced and made available to you immediately, all sales are final and refunds are not available once the certificate has been issued.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your certificate, contact us within 7 days and we will re-issue it or resolve the issue.

5. Verification

Every certificate carries a unique verification ID that can be looked up at approvedai.org/verify. We reserve the right to revoke certificates found to have been issued through fraud or automated cheating.

6. Intellectual property

The ApprovedAI name, logo, question bank, and site design are the property of the ApprovedAI operator. Your certificate remains yours to share and display.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from any employment, business, or academic decision made in reliance on a certificate.

8. Name & affiliation

This service operates under the domain approvedai.org. ApprovedAI.org is an independent digital certification service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other website, business, or entity that may use a similar name — including, without limitation, approvedai.com. Any similarity in name is coincidental. Please verify you are on approvedai.org before entering personal or payment information.
